Hani has over a decade of experience personally handling hundreds of family law proceedings and providing guidance to clients on unique issues involving divorce, equitable distribution, child custody, visitation, guardianship, orders of protection, child and spousal support, paternity, juvenile delinquency, persons in need of supervision and child neglect and abuse. Hani is experienced in discussing sensitive and emotional decisions with clients and her discretion and confidentiality to a client are always guaranteed. She regularly counsels clients seeking to pursue an appeal of an adverse court decision and will work closely with each client to draft a legal brief persuasively arguing the client’s position. Hani is also honored to be me a member of the Attorneys for Children’s Panel of the New York State Appellate Division for the First and Second Departments where she is appointed by esteemed members of the judiciary to represent abused and neglected children. Hani is admitted to practice in the New York State Bar and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Hani was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University where she was continuously placed on the Dean’s List for academic achievement. She received a law degree from the City University of New York, School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court team and volunteered to represent victims of Domestic Violence.
